Course Description:
Join us for a new year of MMA’s FREE bi-monthly Lunch & Learn series, designed to give members the chance to engage with MMA staff and one another on timely and relevant topics throughout the course of the year. The sessions, held via Zoom, will rotate topics and give the opportunity to engage in conversation and connect over the ways that MMA staff can support you.
The first session in 2026 will focus on advocacy at the Legislative level, facilitated by MMA’s Director of Advocacy & Communications, Kate Dufour.
Advocacy 101: How to get involved. Have you ever dreamed of stepping into the exciting advocacy role, or wished for the chance to speak before a legislative committee to set the record straight on municipal programs, services, and functions? If this resonates, MMA invites you to join the Advocacy Team for a Lunch & Learn session at noon on February 17.
