The Maine Women Leading Government Conference welcomes women working in public service at the local, county, state, and federal levels across all career paths. Whether you work in town administration, code enforcement, public works, finance, clerical services, management, or are exploring a future in government, you belong here.

This interactive session will include a data presentation focused on women’s labor and employment, as well as an overview of state tools, policies, and programs that support success and wellbeing at work. Participants will engage in small group discussions and will have opportunities for Q&A.

Hybrid Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be submitted using this Cancellation form to cancel your registration for an event. Cancellations received before 5/6/26 will be assessed a $15 administrative fee for processing. Registration changes (switching from in-person to virtual or vice versa) will be assessed a $15 administrative fee for processing. Cancellations received on/after 5/6/26 will be charged 50% of the course fee. Any registrant who does not attend and does not cancel their registration (i.e., no-show) and any cancellation received the day of the event will be charged the full registration fee.
