The Town of OOB has an opening for wastewater operator. This is a full-time union position with available overtime, standby pay and additional pay for obtaining wastewater licenses. This position works under the supervision of the operations manager and chief operator. This position is eligible for all benefits.  The position performs a variety of work in both the operations and maintenance of the wastewater facility and pump stations. This includes, but is not limited to maintaining equipment, operating equipment, dewatering sludge, performing inspections, performing laboratory testing, analyzing data and performing tasks as assigned.
