The Town of Canton is seeking a full time/on call Wastewater Treatment Facility Supertendent to ensure operations and maintenance of the Wastewater Treatment Lagoons and Pump Stations. 

Applicants must be flexible with their schedules and available for on call. Ideal applicants must possess the following qualifications: a high school diploma or GED, active driver's license, strong administrative skills and a Maine DEP Grade 2 Biological Operators certification (or the ability to obtain one within 6 months of employment).

Duties may include plant and pump station operations, adminstrative tasks, ensure permit compliance, performing lab testing, maintenance, repairs, snow removal and other duties as assigned. Must be able to work independently and follow directions. Salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.
