Course Description:
Join us for MMA’s FREE bi-monthly Lunch & Learn series, designed to give members the chance to engage with MMA staff and one another on timely and relevant topics throughout the course of the year. The sessions, held via Zoom, will rotate topics and give you the opportunity to engage in conversation and connect over the ways that MMA staff can support you.

Making Ordinance Enactment Simple: Have questions about enacting ordinances? Attorneys from MMA Legal Services will present on the best practices and common pitfalls around ordinance enactment, including an overview of statutory notice requirements and enactment procedures, municipal referendums and citizen petitions, and moratorium ordinances.
