Bath Water District is seeking a full-time Office Assistant. The schedule is Monday through Thursday, 7:00 a.m. to 4 p.m., and Fridays from 7:00 a.m. to 11:00 a.m. This position is responsible for supporting office personnel with daily business operations. Duties include processing water and sewer payments, answering the phone, filing, payroll processing, customer service, managing office communication, creating and maintaining Excel spreadsheets, and various office duties as needed.
Applicants must have a High School diploma, be able to work on a computer, possess strong communication skills, pay strict attention to detail, and have the ability to work independently. Previous office experience or an accounting/financial background is a plus, but not required. Bath Water District offers a highly competitive wage and benefit package, including paid holidays.
